Pot 2: Czech Rep., France, Ukraine, Italy
Pot 3: Russia, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden
Pot 4: Denmark, Switzerland, Romania, Finland
The countries were drawn into groups.

England: A1
Germany: C1
Italy: D2
France: A2
Ukraine: C2
Czech Rep.: B2
Sweden: D3
Poland: A3
Russia: C3
Netherlands: B3
Finland: C4
Denmark: B4
